Only used a couple of times. Comes with Owner's Manual, 6" rubber duck antenna, USB charging cable, and Brian Schell's book: "Trunking Scanners for Beginners: using FreeSCAN and the Uniden TrunkTracker". Light scratching on the display, but fully funtional.
